Are you an authorized retailer of your items?

Yes ALL items sold by Craft-e-Corner are purchased through our manufacturers that we hold retail agreements with. ALL items are brand new and in original packaging.

What if I have a defective item? Do your products have warranties?

It is very rare that this would happen, but if this is ever the case, check your warranty information and contact the manufacturer's customer service for your particular product. Our manufacturers stand by their products, and per policy, you should contact them first if something seems defective about your product. They will be happy to help.

Can I return an item?

Yes Items that were purchased within 30 days, are unopened and not used, may be returned to Craft-e-Corner, with the buyer paying return shipping costs. See our returns page for further details.

Does Craft-e-Corner price match?

No, we do not offer price matching. Craft-e-Corner is proud to offer you quality crafting supplies at great prices. We have frequent sales and coupon codes that offer even lower discounted prices on select items. If you sign up for our newsletter, you can receive an additional 10% off coupon code good on your next order (excludes sale items, one time use).

Do you offer free shipping?

Craft-e-Corner has several products that always have free shipping. The free shipping offer is only valid to addresses to the Contiguous United States. Free shipping also does not include shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or any other territories under the protection of the United States.

These free shipping offers do not include shipments to Alaska, the state of Hawaii (as they are Pacific Ocean islands), or any other territories under the control of the United States.

To enter a free shipping coupon code, at the shopping cart page (below where your items are shown), enter in your city, state and zip code, click “Get a Quote” button. This will populate the shipping costs. Click the radial button next to the shipping cost total to select it and then click the "Update Total" button. This will add the shipping costs to the total at the right of the screen. Once it totals it all up, you can enter in the coupon code under the "Discount Codes" section and click the "Apply Coupon" button. This should then remove the shipping costs from the right hand side. You can now proceed to check out and the coupon code will "stick." If you struggle with entering the coupon code, please contact us, we are happy to help!

Can I use a coupon code on sale items?

No, coupon code cannot be used on our already low priced sale items.

Can I use more than one coupon code per order?

No, only one coupon code is able to be used per order.

The coupon code I am trying to use is not working, why?

There are a few reasons why a coupon code may not be working. If the item that you are purchasing is on sale, the coupon code cannot be used.  If you have already used the code in the past, you may not be able to use it again (most coupon codes are one time use).  There are also certain products that coupon codes cannot be applied to, which may not be specifically listed on the code you receive.  We reserve the right to change what the coupon codes can be used on at any given time without notice.  While we always strive to ensure the details of our coupon codes are very apparent, there may be changes which may not be reflected on the coupon site, flier or email that you receive.  If you are having problems with the coupon code, please contact for assistance.
