Returns & Refunds

At Craft-e-Corner, our goal is to provide the best customer service experience on the web. Our policies are designed to make your shopping and return experience as convenient & easy as possible.

We understand, and know, that returning any product can be frustrating. We have worked hard to make the return process as simple and straight forward as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return it, so long as the product(s) follow the guidelines listed below.

Return Period

Initiation of the return process must be done within 30 days of receiving the product.

Craft-e-Corner only sells new, unused items, therefore all returned items must be NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper; however, often you will receive your refund in a quicker time frame. This period of time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it back, and the time it takes for the refund to process. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.

Return Policy

For more timely and accurate record keeping, returns will only be accepted on a pre-authorized basis. To return an item, please contact us via e-mail at for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Place the RA# on the package you are returning. The invoice or a copy of the invoice must accompany all returns - contact us if a copy of the invoice is needed. Once the items are received at our warehouse, they are typically processed within 7 business days and we will notify you as soon as we hear from the warehouse.

For orders placed on Amazon, please log into your Amazon account and “Request a Return” through Amazon. Amazon keeps track of why orders are refunded or returned, to ensure that proper record is kept, we require that you request the return though your order on Amazon. Amazon will send us a notification that you would like to return your item and we will give you return instructions, including a RA#, once the request is received.

Potential Fees

Although uncommon, Craft-e-Corner will accept the full responsibility for the cost to return a product that we have shipped in error.

For all returns, a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the item (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged for returned products. Initial shipping costs, as well as any incurred return shipping costs, are non-refundable.

A processing fee of $15 will be charged for any unauthorized returns made (i.e. without RA#).

All fees are to simply cover the costs Craft-e-Corner will incur processing your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Because Craft-e-Corner only sells NEW items, items that have been opened and/or used are not returnable. If your item is deemed un-returnable, you may be given the option to have the item reshipped to you at your cost.

Defective Items

If your item is defective, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please see our FAQ Page for the contact number or e-mail address of your product manufacturer, as all defective products need to be returned and replaced directly by the manufacturer of the product.

Undeliverable Packages

For any product returned to sender due to incorrect address or invalid address, a reshipment fee equal to the cost of shipping will be charged. Reshipping fees and address verification must be completed before any package will be reshipped. If re-shipment is not desired, the transaction will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note: our computer systems cannot understand foreign characters. If you are purchasing an item internationally or have a special character in your name or address, please either provide the English address or substitute and English character that best resembles your language. We cannot be responsible for packages that go missing because the address was invalid due to these issues.
